PWSA has outlined 2 Inventory lists to assist you in maintaining a company standard. These lists are:

Authorised Equipment – Item 18 A of your Franchise Agreement, and
Equipment list

Copies of these items are in your Franchise Agreement. Subsequent updates to inventory lists are available in the Documents section of your PWSA franchisee database login.

3.1.1 Authorised Equipment List

The Authorised Equipment list includes all the equipment you require to start your business as a PWS operator. All materials provided can be sourced directly from PWSA Head Office if you require replacing or additional equipment.

3.1.2 Equipment List

The Equipment List denotes the equipment, that under the terms of the Franchise Agreement, you are hiring for the term of the Franchise business. To save expenses in your set-up and operation of a PWS franchise, PWSA purchases this equipment which is provided under a loan agreement.

You are responsible for the maintenance and working order of this equipment, as denoted in Module 4: Operations & Maintenance.
