The PWS Franchise Operations Manual (Ops Manual) provides Franchisees with the appropriate tools and information required to successfully operate a PWS Franchise.

The Ops Manual is a key business tool that will assist you with the day to day tasks, duties & responsibilities required. Our Induction Training Course and On the Job Training (OJT) will also cover many aspects of the types of jobs / tasks required to conduct your business.

Initially, you may be required to refer to the Ops Manual several times before completing a single job. However, with time, training and practice you will soon become familiar with the processes and systems developed by PWSA (Franchisor).

The Ops Manual is a living document that will be updated throughout the course of development, as required. You will be informed of the changes/additions which will be made to you through the Franchisee Database. It is important that you update the manual accordingly to ensure efficient operations and compliance with the quality operating standards PWSA (Franchisor) requires.
